At S.V Marketing Private Limited, we are committed to delivering marketing services that meet the agreed scope and quality standards. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
Because marketing services involve the investment of professional time, expertise, and resources, our refund policy is necessarily different from that of a product-based business. We encourage all clients to review this policy before entering into an engagement.
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance and cover the allocation of team time and resources for that month. Once a retainer period has commenced and work has begun, the retainer fee for that period is non-refundable.
Where advance payments have been made for future retainer periods and the engagement is terminated before those periods commence, a refund of the unused advance payment will be issued within 30 days, less any reasonable administrative costs.
For project-based engagements, payments are made against agreed milestones. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone deliverables have been submitted for your review and approval.
If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, we will refund any advance payment in full, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellation must be notified in writing to info@svmarketing.site.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for all work completed to the date of cancellation at our standard day rates. Any advance payment will be applied against this invoice, with any surplus refunded or shortfall invoiced accordingly.
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with marketing results, as outcomes are subject to market conditions and factors outside our control.
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@svmarketing.site with your company name, engagement details, the amount in question, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval via the original payment method.
If you are dissatisfied with our decision on a refund request, please contact our management team at info@svmarketing.site. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we are unable to reach a resolution, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law provisions of our client services agreement.
